414: Chad Veach on When Self-Care Becomes Selfish, Biblical Literacy in an Age of Narcissism, How Complaining Sabotages Our Futures, and the Foundation of Insecurity

Podcast · November 6, 2024

This week, we’re joined by Chad Veach, founder and lead pastor of ZOE Church in Los Angeles, California. In this episode, we’ll discuss the inflection point when self-care becomes selfish. We’ll also talk about the prevalence of biblical illiteracy in an age of narcissism, and how complaining can sabotage our futures and the foundations of insecurity. This is an important conversation to have, especially in today’s world where mental health is often overlooked.
