This Week’s Conversation
My passion and purpose here at “Win Today” is to provide a roadmap for you to become ridiculously happy, healthy, strong, and safe. And that certainly includes your physical health. From time to time, I like to talk about taking care of our bodies, because if we’re tired, sick, worn-out, and depressed, there isn’t much left in order to be successful in other areas of life. So today, New York Times Bestselling author of the brand-new book, The Keto Zone Diet, Dr. Don Colbert, joins me again to teach us that inflammatory diseases exacerbated by chronic stress and anxiety can be mitigated and even eliminated by eating the right foods for our bodies. Then right after my conversation with Dr. Colbert, Britnie Turner joins is here to give us a few quick, actionable steps to help us develop better time management strategies for everyday life.
