And in preparation for this conversation, I Googled the phrase "Why am I." And what followed was no surprise at all: "Why am I so tired" and "Why am I always tired." So, I'd like to propose that one of the contributing factors to our chronic exhaustion is the fact that we are carrying burdens we should be laying down. And learning how to do that consistently is at the foundation of the deeply formed life.
